PiVOT Received Certificate of Appreciation from UST Faculty of Pharmacy

The University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Pharmacy has awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to PiVOT for their invaluable support and esteemed contribution as a partner institution for the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience in Industrial Pharmacy during the One Purple Evening last December 17, held at the 2/F Grand Ballroom, Buenaventura Garcia Paredes OP Building in the University of Santo Tomas campus in España.

The award was received by PiVOT’s General Manager, Mr. Rodmar Pulido, Clinical Trial Support Services Manager, Mr. Charles Suarez, and Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance Associate, Mr. Elisha Soriano.

The Faculty of Pharmacy hosted its annual testimonial dinner celebrating the new Thomasian Pharmacists, Chemists, and Chemical Technicians. The evening was also an opportunity to recognize the support and contribution of their Partner Training Establishments.

Several faculty members spoke to the graduates about the pride they brought to their alma mater. These included Prof. Aleth Therese L. Dacanay, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Prof. Ma. Frieda Z. Hapan, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Ms. Honey Lynn Isip, Top 2 of the November 22 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, spoke on behalf of the board passers.

Elisha “Eli” Soriano also received an acknowledgement for his achievement as Top 3 in the April 2022 Pharmacy Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regular Commission. This excellent recognition is a testament to his hard work and dedication.

PiVOT has partnered with the UST Faculty of Pharmacy for their OJT (On The Job) Training Program for Pharmacy Students since 2019 and has hired many graduates, including Soriano.
