Ms. Ella Mae Ortega joins PiVOT to Lead Digitalization, Business Process Re-engineering, and Systems Implementation Initiatives for Clinical Trial Support Services

We at PiVOT are delighted to welcome Ms. Ella Mae Ortega as our new Chief for Business Technology Services. With her extensive 26 years of experience in IT and Telecommunications, we are confident that she is the ideal person to lead our digitalization, business process re-engineering, and systems implementation initiatives for Clinical Trial Support Services (CTSS) such as Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Management, among others.

Ms. Mae brings a solid business reputation and a proven track record of management excellence. As she transitions to her new role, she will be working hand-in-hand with our Head of Regulatory Affairs and CTSS, Mr. Charles Anthony Suarez, RPh. We are extremely thankful to have her join our team and look forward to her invaluable guidance and support.

Her primary fields of experience are in IT and Telecommunications industries. Her previous jobs included both general management and technical leadership roles in SAP, PT&T, Teradata, Fritz & Macziol Asia, and IBM.

With her expertise, she will be a great asset to our organization as we strive to make significant improvements in the quality of our services through digitalization and automation.
