Unveiling the Intersection of Art, Health, and Science: PiVOT Team Attends CSOFT International’s Spectacular Summer Soiree at Harvard Art Museums

Last June 27, the PiVOT team had the incredible opportunity to attend the CSOFT International 2023 Summer Soiree held at the prestigious Harvard Art Museums. This event, aptly named “Where Art Meets Health and Science,” truly celebrated the intersection between creativity and innovation in the medical field. The event was extraordinary, with invited guests granted exclusive access to the Fogg Museum, Busch-Reisinger Museum, and Arthur M. Sackler Museum galleries. As attendees mingled and networked, the enchanting sounds of Jazz filled the air, creating the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable evening.

The highlight of the Soiree was undoubtedly the Time Capsule Game, a thought-provoking activity that sparked conversations about the future of health sciences. Attendees were encouraged to write down and submit their own ideas on what they believed awaited the field in the next six years. The time capsule will be opened in 2029.

Joseph Cheng, the Business Development Head of PiVOT, predicted a future where there would be a decrease in human intervention and an increased reliance on artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, he expressed his hopes for the availability of cancer vaccines and the discovery of a cure for diabetes.

Charles Anthony Suarez, RPh, the Clinical Trial Support Services Lead of PiVOT, expressed his desire for a future where there would be no inequalities in healthcare. His vision encompassed a world where access to quality medical care would be available to everyone, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status.

Rodmar Pulido, the General Manager of PiVOT, focused his attention on the advancement of drug development in the herbal medicine sector. Understanding the immense potential of traditional remedies, he emphasized the need for scientific progress in this area to harness the power of nature for healing and well-being.
